Katie is the founder and owner of Champion Operations. As a graduate of George Mason University, she began her career working as a transaction coordinator where she supported agents in the DC, MD and VA area. Her later experience working at Keller Williams Preferred Properties allowed her to better understand all aspects of the real estate business. As a part of the Growth and Development team, Katie learned the most critical parts of becoming a top performing agent, and she later focused solely on the tools agents use when she served as a Market Center Technology Trainer. With experience in many of the tools agents use today, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge on how to operate a real estate business.
